Our Story

A Tavern Built for This Town

Northbrook Tavern opened its doors in 2010 with one goal: give Minot a spot that felt like home. Not a chain, not a theme bar — just good burgers, cold beer, and a room full of people you actually want to be around. Owner Marcus Webb grew up in the neighborhood and wanted to build something that would stick around. Fourteen years later, it has.

The beef is ground fresh every morning from a local supplier. The tap list rotates weekly, always with at least two North Dakota breweries pouring. And the wings — people drive an hour for the wings. We're not going to pretend otherwise.
